| In vitro study | FLLL32 down-regulates STAT3 phosphorylation and DNA binding activity in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer and PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells. FLLL32 inhibited colony formation and cell invasion in MDA-MB-231 cells. For human multiple myeloma, glioblastoma, hepatoma, and colorectal cancer, FLLL32 also results in inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of caspase-3 and PARP cleavage. |
